I am at about 15 hours now... siping away on green tea... and water... a bit hungry... but focused! We can do this!


Tips to get rid of the hunger...


brush your teeth... hot drinks and keep busy.... or if you have the day off.. which I dont... sleep!!|


If at any time you really feel unwell... have an avocado as it won't break the Keto side of the fast...


Speak in a few hours as to what happens at 17 hours...

I'm going to take a power nap, as I woke up way to early, at 5am, thanks to a rowdy 3 year old. If I don't sleep, I will hungry eat 😆.

This is my first 24 hour fast, well Intentional fast anyway. And great to kick off my keto diet which will follow. Thanks!
