24 hour group fast with Rachel

Welcome everyone!


in less than 24 hours we will commence our fast at 6pm uk and 6pm EU time. So not completely in sinc but that's ok!


You will finish your dinner at 6pm on Sunday... and continue with only herbal teas without sugar, green tea or black coffee.


Come Monday morning, when you wake you should be almost half way through your fast at 12 hours and can continue with those hot drinks or water. If you feel faint at any time, please listen to your body! Avocado is a good one if you do feel faint as you won't come out of ketosis by having one but Id like to focus just on a liquid fast.


I will email through out the day, however I suggest you have avocado ready to break the fast or something like a veg or bone broth. Minestrone soup is also a good one. Try not to break it with bread or carbs as it may spike your sugar levels too much... lets try to stay in ketosis until you wake on Tuesday morning and can have your normal breakfast. At any time do message me!! We are all learning in this together.
