Hello all!


If you started your fast last night at 6pm, then you will be approaching 17 hours soon.


I have been sipping away on green tea this morning... and keeping busy with work.


If you are hungry... stick with it because you should now be approaching autophagy which is where your body starts healing cells. This has many health benefits such as reducing blood pressure, lowering inflammation and fat burning! It is also a time your appetite should decrease due to the change in hormones like glucagon and insulin.


Your body will love you for this...


Keep it going.


But as I have said in previous messages... if you do start to feel unwell... have an avocado as you won't break the Keto side of the fast... and should help you go longer.
