About

NOTE: We will start at 6pm Sunday 12th March until 6pm Monday 13 March. Science is showing that longer fasting is helping the body break down stored energy, improving insulin resistance, gut healing and helping balance hormones, along with many other health benefits. Some theories suggest that our bodies run better on feast and famine.... so lets give it a go! The reason for this fast will be to help you get your head around a longer fast. By doing it in a group you are more likely to get to 24 hours. I would also love to share your experience after. Hopefully we will all feel the benefits and make it a monthly event. We will start at 6pm Sunday 12th March until 6pm Monday 13 March. IMPORTANT: This is not recommended for pregnant women or lactating women. If you are unsure you can fast because you have certain medical conditions or on certain medication, please get signed off for you Dr first. You do the fast at your own discretion.
