I made it! About 6 hours left I started to get a head ache. I was also feeling very forgetful. It did pass though. Ended the fast with a chicken salad with homemade dressing.

24 hour group fast with Rachel
Ideas for dinner... I had grilled chicken with salad and broccoli. I used balsamic and olive oil for the dressing... with some beetroot juice in a wine glass to make it feel a bit more special.... The family had the pasta and bread! Tomorrow Ill have breakfast as normal, wholegrain toast with almond butter and pumpkin seeds.

I was getting really tired but after I ate I had a burst of energy but then I got super tired again. Probably the digestion energy. Food tasted really good so much better. And this morning someone told me I looked very refreshed.
Most of you should be finishing soon. I am so proud of you! Even if you didn't make 24 hours... I know most of you climbed a wall you've never climbed before.... and next time you will go further... the important thing is you made the first step and your body will thank you.
Enjoy your dinner... I am ready in fact for bed!!
