24 hour group fast with Rachel

I went to the supermarket and of course they are out of avocados! So it will have to be olives, red pepper, cottage cheese and some guacamole to break my fast. Its very easy to go on a full binge after fasting, so try to stay relaxed.... stick with some healthy fats and proteins... peppers are also low carb. Dont break it with nuts or fruit. A bone or veg broth would also be a good one. You could also just have a protein shake as long as its clean with no sugars.

Oh that reminds me I have guacamole in my fridge. Can’t wait

Not long to go... I am quite hungry now in fact.... missing my afternoon protein shake...but 2 hours to go...

So hungry! But I started at 8pm 😄. As we have an 8.30 pm dinner this eve .so still over three hours to go 😵‍💫

So far so good, just feeling a bit cold
